Logistics
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) role through year-end 2022 with possible extension into 2023
- Up to 4 days per week working from home; on-site at DTE headquarters in Detroit most Tuesdays starting May 17
- This is a contact position paying at a $65-$75k annualized rate
Role
- Create communications to inform and inspire DTE employees to strengthen our inclusive culture where people are focused on serving customers, communities and each other; these activities represent approximately 75% of hours worked
- Create communications for external stakeholders to enhance DTE’s reputation as a great place to work full of people who care deeply about the communities where they live and serve; these activities represent approximately 25% of hours worked. External stakeholders include media, DTE customers, and leaders from government, community groups and businesses
- Communications include writing stories/blogs, social media posts, media pitches and statements, award nominations, executive speeches, video scripts and discussion guides for DTE leaders to talk with employees
- Position requires strong storytelling skills, ability to take initiative and work across teams to independently create communications
