IABC Detroit is working on a number of opportunities to help members get involved this year. You can participate as much as your time permits. We are making this fun and flexible so that you can get the most from your membership by getting involved. Please check back with this page as we will be adding new opportunities. Also, feel free to email us with an idea you would like to see happen or take charge of that will help members in our chapter.
Judging
IABC Detroit helps other chapters judge entries for their awards programs. Serving as a volunteer judge helps our chapter provide this service and helps you to get inspired by seeing projects created by other members across the country. Judging has become an online process, so it is something that can be done at your convenience within a specified time frame.
Meet Ups
We would like to create an informal series of “meet ups” that are geographically diverse where are members can connect with one another socially, just for fun. We need someone to serve as the contact person, arrange a location, and give us the date, and be the IABC representative on site at the event. We will promote it to our members.
