Welch will show how the Servant Leadership philosophy and practices have improved communication practices at Inteva Products and give practical application to show how you can enrich interpersonal and organizational communications at your organization.
Welch is a practicing Servant Leader who serves as the chief communication and marketing officer at Inteva Products. She has taught workshops on Servant Leadership to both community groups and professional organizations for several years. During her years in the field, she has led the communications function at three Tier One automotive suppliers, a health care organization, and a public relations agency.

Pete Sickman-Garner, marketing manager at Zingerman’s Service Network shows us how he manages branding at Zingerman’s Community of Businesses. He leads the creative work of a team that produces print and web design, illustrations, social media marketing and packaging design for Zingerman’s – working to maintain a consistent look and feel for the entire organization while also helping to promote the individual brands within their Community of Businesses.
